Dried Peppers.

We receive our fresh peppers carefully sorted from our pepper fields, they are washed, sorted again, mechanically hot air tunnel dried and packed dried whole, or delicately ground or crushed according to customer’s specifications.

(When the market demands it, some of our peppers are also custom brined/cured -immersed in a water, salt and vinegar solution, for several days or week- and then dried. Advantages: cleanliness, bacteriological and insect’s free, impeccability).
